MTN accounts open **********s under my name

MTN accounts were opened **********ly 14/10/2014 using my ID and name. I called MTN 03/11/2014 requested them to close these accounts since I have never authorised nor opened any accounts with MTN and I was informed to file and Affidavit with the South Africa Police Services. I did and send it back with my correct ID. Later they responded by email saying I have to include the contract telephone numbers. But I ask wher would I get those numbers since im not the one who opened thiose accouts?. I callsed the call centre got those two cell phone numbers and filed another Affidavitand, include all the info they requested with my ID sent it to them . But now no one at MTN is resopsndn to my emails . They debit me R3673.35 so far. Because of this unauthorised debits I have defaulted this month on my kids school fees
