Mtn accounts /finciall depart

I'm having a biggest problem with MTN accounts /accountants or Finance department. I've paid my account in July since it was lockdown I did not have any salary. So I contacted mtn because I know they very quick to suspend a line or throw you to legal. Anyway I've paid R1000 on the 27th July 2020, R300 on the 5th of August and R1600 on the 27th of August. It's so annoying that the first payment of a R1000 is still not allocated, the statement shot 650s I still owe so much but yah. Please help I need assistance I've been sending proof of payment I've called several time now... Nothing has been sorted out yet please help me..
