MTN Accounts Dept Poorly Managed Even after drawing the debit order from my account and my account being in good standing for the last 20 years, they decide to suspend my sim card and demand a "payment arrangement" and then take another (second) debit order in the middle of the month. No one at MTN can tell me why my Sim was suspended but the only way to open it is to do this "payment arrangement" so that they can draw the full debit order for the second time in one month.
