MTN accounts department don't know what they doing.

I ordered the mtn home wifi online and paid on the 2nd of August. Now their statement come starting from the 6th of August with my payment not showing I have been emailing, calling sending proof of payment but I can't get assistance now they want me to pay double claiming my payment was rejected but I send bank statements showing the payment went through..
