Mtn accounts

Each month i would ask mtn to update my acc. With transunion coz im building my profile so as to buy a house,instead they listed my acc as closed with transunion but my acc is still debited and i still get my data only now it does not contribute to my profile,anyone have some advice as i gave tried to get mtn to fix this but to no avail...
