MTN accounting department a mess, account always on the same

What a shlep to cancel your contract. Now a year later I received an account for R6 000, and paid R3 000. 2 Months later my account is back to R6 000. I refused to pay any money until I received 12 12-month statement from MTN. The call center refuses to send me statements I must go to the store, the store tells me to phone the call center due to the account being in arrears. I keep on asking to stop the contract and MTN keeps on billing me for a card that I cannot use for an account in "arrears", and refuse to cancel the contract.

I can't cancel and they keep on charging my account doesn't come down and stays on R6 000. No one can send me my 12-month billing???????
