MTN account wrong billing
Hardly a month it has happen again MTN data billing of R800 whereas I get 250 mb and 1.2 G . R3000 refund was passed for same reasons two weeks ago . Now they done it again . I cant wait for termination . Again guys with my new banking details , debit date is the 15th not the 1st like in the past 10 years . I see my account was debited last night . I cant cater that for your incompetency. This morning calling 809 had to wait fpr 25 minutes with Nosi Nabo to read the screen , and all I could get was your bill is R2300 because your data is R800 . Guys really now not again .

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that investigation were done and your total data usage was:
4790.11 MB and off that we subtract the 1.2GB = 1224MB + 250MB and the remaining usage was 3094.22MB and it was billed at an out of bundle rate and the amount charged on the 26-07-2015 was correct.
