MTN Account Transfer (Worst Service Ever)

Hi Have been waiting more than 2 weeks for a reply on the status of and account transfer which keeps saying "Conditionally Approved" which not even MTN knows what it means. The branch that did the transfer MTN Woodmead now doesn't answer any phone calls to give feedback.
