MTN Account That I Never Opened
I continue to be harassed by debt collectors for MTN for an account I have no knowledge of. I have submitted the necessary affidavit indicating that I have no knowledge of this account and did not receive any items from MTN. However, MTN continues to affect my credit rating and has not come back to me regarding whether the necessary investigations have been completed. I will submitting a complaint to the Credit Ombudsman going forward
