MTN account - TERRIBLE
REALLY had enough of mtn now. i had a contract which was R 920.00 a month i downgraded to a cheaper contract which is R 321.00. WHY is it showing on my credit check i am paying R 920.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this affects my credit score i mean this upgrade was 4 months ago! what are mtn accounts department doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i receive an sms stating it is sorted BUT it is NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why must a person always fight to get things done
