MTN ACCOUNT SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON

My contract was suspended with no valid reason. Efforts to contact the finance banking section were fruitless as no one bothers to reply to my enquiry. Even writing to the complaints email doesn't help. Not onlyndoes this affect my credit profile which l.have jealously guarded they MTN doesn't care inconviencing its clients.The horrifying experience leaves the vulnerable customers at the mess of a 'big' company. I can't wait to move away as lm sure there's better service and experience out there.
