MTN account suspended due to double payment

Account number A*** N Msomi, My MTN account has been suspended due to non payment. Only MTN can do that when in fact I paid twice for one month. This so called service provider MTN is the worst in this industry. I pay my account religiously every month and to be told I have not paid is nonsensical and annoying. I have now provided two proofs of payments and await the re-connection of my account. Even then I am not holding my breath. I know I will have to call them a hundred times to have this line reconnected, a bunch of idiots!! MTN you stink, get your act together sies!!
