MTN account quiry

Okay so lets start. My phone gets cut this morning for "outstanding" / "Arrears". So lets try and find out what is going on. Call the 135 number, have to listen to **** about some Unisa student **** which doesnt apply to me - make it a selection for the students if you need to. Okay so after all this ******* I make the selections as requested, enter my phone numbers and then option is to get balance or support - Guess what? I have no other option to select so now it gives me the option to return to the main menu only - what the hell is going on? Now I am getting the hell in. Okay lets try our local MTN dealers, guess what, all the numbers are voice mail only. Okay so I find out a number which could possible help me. Yip, the gentleman is friendly and extremely helpful. He says to me the entire MTN system is messed up and they are aware of the problem and trying to fix it. Okay so I ask how do I get my business line reactivated asap - oh sorry sir, you must call the 135 number. Okay MTN, if my account isnt restored by 17h00 today, I am going to contact my lawyer as this has gone to far now - I am loosing business and all you people care about is taking my money at the end of the month and thats where your "service" end. MTN your system sucks
