MTN account Query

<p>I had a outstanding account on my contractas i had financial problems at the time.</p> <p>I paid the account in full with a amount of R3900 and was told by a gentleman named David that my account is up to date and i am in fact in credit. David was very helpfull and i have no complaints about him. I then got a call from the MTN lawyers and they said i owe R6700 and that i am laible for the legal costs. I was then asked when i did the payment and i told them it was end of April. I am stressed now because i have had endless problems from day one with MTN and i must also add i have never received a statement as there was everytime i went into store a error on MTN active and my tatements could not be shown. I have not used that sim card for the last 9 months give or take a month. I justneed someone to give me clarification on wahts going on I am getting different answers from everyone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
