MTN ACCOUNT PROBLEMS

Good day,I am really really desperate for this problem to be solved. MTN is deducting money from my account *******ly, and does not answer any emails. (and there are plenty) If I phone customer care they lock a query , at the Mossel Bay MTN store they lock twice now queries on the account. MTN said all is canceled ( and even the contract fee waived) the instruments were canceled and asked to be picked up in the legal period required, so that is nonsense. They are deducting the instrument's money from my account every month since This month they deduct A HUGE AMOUNT from my account. The Mossel Bay MTN agent prints the accounts so I can see why and where the money is deducted. I don't know what else to do. I had to go borrow money last night for my medical aid debit order. MTN is threatening my life at the moment with keep on taking my money like that. Please help me solve this problem. I am desperate!
