MTN ACCOUNT - PATHETIC - DO NOT MAKE US OF MTN - NO COMMUNICATION

Can not simply sort out a simple issue, never call back , do not reply to email, when a they respond they do not answer your questions.

all information was provided and seems they do not know how accounting works as they can send me a breakdown and once proof is send of payment they come up with new months and issues, simply pathetic will definitely be taking my business else where and all my family and friends as well as they having same issues and just doesn't get solved, MTN is not capable to sort out a simple issue.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OF MTN it will safe you money and 3 years of airtime / data and time oh wait !!!!and fuel to drive up and down for something that does not get resolved.

They use all the same excuses and cant resolve nothing.
