Mtn account paid off however they didn't close off the account on their syatems

Hi

I had a contract with mtn around 2*** ans it was handed over to legal as I couldn't keep up with payments due to financial difficulties. My finacial problema were resolved and made an arrangement with mtn legal to pay off my account in which I successfully did. Mtn cleared me at ITC how ever on their systema they haven't cleared and I'm struggling to get hold of their legal to clear me off their systems as I wana apply for another contract but it gets declined due to the legal flag on their system. Can you please help me get my name cleared off their systems because I oayed what's due to them and I can't even get hold of their lega
