MTN Account Issues

I have had account problems (overcharged ) on two occasions and am finding it impossible to get any feedback or information other than we "have escalated " your query. Despite having received no feedback on the account issue I was recently told the query had been closed ? MTN have never given me feedback unless I initiated the communication. I have been unable to get a number to phone for someone in authority who could assist me. I have also been to the branch (Coastlands) twice . Very frustrating.
