MTN account issue

In October, November and December 2020 I made my monthly payments on my account, but this was not allocated to my account on MTN side. After some effort to resolve this, the payments was correctly allocated in January 2021, but the issue is that MTN listed me at the credit bureau, due to admin issues on MTN's side. This is affecting my credit rating and my ability to apply for finance.
