MTN ACCOUNT HEADACHE

MTN is the worst service provider we ever had a contract with, we took out a contract in April we been trying since June to change our bank details via email,etc they have handed us over to legal if we want to talk to legal, they dont have a email that works, they dont have a direct line that works that we can solve this matter, we are on credit bureau because of a fault on their side, we have been trying to resolve this matter but with no luck
