MTN account handed over with my knowledge.

I have a contract with MTN,Originally i am not from south africa. I had gone home for some months because of a family crisis. When i came back my account was handed over to Hammond and Pole without my knowledge.

Now they are telling me that i have to pay all the amount till end of contract not for the months that i defaulted.

I am sorry but i will not be paying some company that i did not sign a contract with. MTN has to get back my file and i will gladly pay all the amount due for the months that i was away.
