MTN account hacked on the 11th of February 2021 and still no feedback from MTN

My cellphone account was hacked on the 11th of February 2021. I reported it immediately via e-mail as well as a call to their ***** line. I immediately went in to MTN Sasolburg and reported it there. I was made aware that my account credit limit was raised to R25000; and that data bundles and other purchases was made to my account. That data was transferred to random other numbers. We immediately cancelled my debit order, and after 2 weeks still no feedback from MTN. I received a one-time password via email from MTN a few days later and also reported that to the ***** department. Suddenly my debit order went through on my bank. How is that possible? Am I still being hacked or is it just MTN that does not want to engage with me. The next step is to report this to the police. I am in dire straits, and my cell number is still switched off from MTN’s side.
