MTN account department is a f op

Now going for 11 month's almost december again?<br> <br> I got a MTN account that was upgraded without my knowledge. It was made the beginning of December 2014. The parcel arrived at my shop where i declined the parcel and send it without opening back to MTN. My MTN account where billed a backdrop claw for taking a lower contract. I called MTN from January 2015 every month and told them tha same story, even got response on email that they will sorted my my account out. Give it in at the ***** department and the will contact me that haven't happened to date. I made a avidavate and send the declined contract for them as proof. still no response. After 7 month they give my account in at the VVM lawyer department and even they haven't sorted anything out to date. <br> <br> I pay my normal account every month not to get in arrears, but aren't willing to pay for MTN mistakes. And if I struggle that much to get an account fixed, how will i get my money back if I pay that wrongly amount on my bill. I got intrest charged avery month for MTN's fault.<br> <br> How do I get my account fixed?
