MTN Account closure

Have relocated and have been struggling for months to close my account. Each time a customer rep finally responds it’s like I’m starting the process over from scratch. Each time a rep sends a final quote it doesn’t contain the relevant bank detail to make a payment and the quote is only valid for a week so when we get a subsequent response the quote has already expired.
