MTN Account and SAYA Recoveries no feedback

I was contacted by SAYA Recoveries and informed that my MTN account is in arrears; Account Number: A ********** (Cellphone numbers: ********** 314 and ********** 482).

I've never had an MTN account.

This is frustrating as I've submitted an Affidavit and ID copy to SAYA and even went to MTN Centurion Mall Branch in January 2018 but have not received feedback as of today.
