MTN ***

My cellphone contracts were handed over to debt collectors, upon full payments of both contracts to debt collectors both contracts were handed over back to MTN. however it has been three months and both of my accounts keep getting suspended due to non-payment, however this is not the case. MTN credit control department has not allocated payments under my account as fully paid. I have been sent from pillar to post for something that can be done in less than 15 minutes. I would request someone from MTN to get back to me before close of business tomorrow 9th January 2019 before i involve legal authorities.

Good Day Mazwi Zuma I assumed after speaking on the phone on the 9th of January, were your promised to have this issue resolved in two days, I would have be given feedback. You assured me that this issue would be cleared. This has come to a point were MTN doesn't take into consideration its customers. I would like to now inform you that Monday the 14th January is when I would like information on were this case is and where the money I paid went to, if no information or communication is done. I will be filling a case against MTN to the legal authorities.
