MTN Account

We received messages from them, that we are behind with our account. But in factvwe are not. When you phone them, they are not helpfull.. When asked to speak to a finance manager you hold on for about 12 minutes, then they say please put the ohone diwn, the manager will fone you back as soon as you out the phone down. 4days later and no one calked back. Infact they aend another message that they are going to cut our phones. Phone again, while talking they out the phone sown in our ears. Best of all we have all the info of all our payments. They need to fix their problem. But never again will I take out a contract with MTN. Their customees service is up to %$$##.
