MTN ACCOUNT

I took a Sim contract with MTN 2020 august, and it ended on September 2022 to My Suprise MTN kept on sending me invoices until they handed me over to VVM then i paid VVM the whole amount until I got a call that i still owe MTN and My account is handed over to another debt collectors, apparently MTN works with VVM, and i need to pay again to that new debt collectors, when i call MTN i hold for hours until the call disconnect, the went to mtn Store Zeerust, Rustenburg mall and Cape town waterfront, but all i get is that i need to pay R3944, even after paying VVM
