MTN ACC PAID!!!!!!!!!!

After about 10 to 12 e-mails since last week to MTN with all my proof of payments att and all info needed they still cut my my lines and sent me a demand letter and smses. I used A*** instead of BA***, a small mistake MTN can't fix or allocate my payments. They are providing bad service.
