I signed a contract with MTN in May 2015 <br> <br> I requested the contract be terminated when early as my husband and I could no longer afford to pay since he lost his job due to being retrenched. After paying half of the outstanding amount, MTN included an amount of R10,000 to the outstanding balance i need to why so much ?<br> <br> Please help regarding the additional R10,000 imposed by MTN.
