MTN - abysmal service - keep billing for cancelled contract

MTN may pat themselves on the back for being an innovative company but their customer service is utterly abysmal. I cancels a contract two months ago and am still being charged for it. I CANNOT get through to ANYONE who can tell me anything more than they cant help meant and I have to select another option - which gets me back to the same old useless "service champions" - if I dont get cut off that is.
