MTN abuse ITC without the facts
I had two contracts with Mtn.
When the data contract passed its 24 month term, I phoned cancellations and cancelled it over two years ago.
Next thing I found out I am on ITC for a debt of R782.73
What makes me sick is that my other contract still runs. Every payment has been made for the last ten years.
Not one person from your company picked up the phone to ask me about a debt,
Furthermore when I queried this debt, i was told I never cancelled this contract, and you were not willing to assist further. This is disgusting service and now i cant buy a house thanks to your incompetence!!
Furthermore I will report Mtn to the credit ombudsman for abusing your powers in terms of the NCA.
