MTN absolutly poor service

I just want to warn anyone thinking of doing business with MTN online to be cautioned, I signed and payed for a DATA contract with MTN on the 29th November and they took my money, promising to deliver my router and sim card with 3 to 5 days. I got called on the 1st December 2023 to arrange deliver through DSV. we made arraignments for deliver on Monday the 4th between 8-10am at my work address. On Tuesday the 5 at 18h00 I got called by a DSV chap saying he is at the delivery adress. Obviously I was not at work after hours and told him he could come to my home adress, whereby he declined. Today is the 08th after numerous calls to MTN I have still received nothing and they dont want to refund me my money. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OFF ANY DEALINGS WITH MTN
