MTN - ABSOLUTELY USELESS

On the 25 April I requested cancellation my contracts and the fees that would apply. Reference *** - I received a response requesting personal information via email, are they not aware of the POPIA Act, clearly not. Yesterday a further email received advising they have tried on numberous occasions to get in touch with me when they have only tried once and that was yesterday. I now note they have closed this query. REALLY - if you want to provide a service do so professionally and with concern for personal information. Another popular mobile provider assists immediately. They drag their feet at any opportunity not to assist. I WANT THIS RESOLVED, RE-OPEN THE QUERY, NO-ONE TOLD YOU TO CLOSE IT. Just because you call once, does that mean you can't be bothered anymore. I have already reported them once before and lodged a complaint. THEY ARE USELESS.
