MTN absolutely useless!!
I have had no service for 24 hours, I have restarted my phone multiple times, without any luck. On calling 808, I am told that MTN's services have been disrupted and the call centre has been closed. On calling 173, I am told all lines are busy and not even given the option to hold, the call is ended from the other side of the line. The Network Covergae query form on the websote does not even load. I have tried every avenue without any auccess.<br> <br> How am I supposed to get any feedback on this problem if I cannot, and am not permitted to speak to anyone?! This is the most frustrating, useless display from a service proivider. MTN you are pathetic!
