MTN absolute pathetic service

MTN must be the worst cellular entity at the moment. I have been with them since inception. I purchased an iWatch ULTRA and I have engaged the account manager over the last few weeks, maybe 35 mails - she tries her best but does not have the technical skills. One of the tech chaps mailed her to say he was too busy to assist. I imagine if I was a blue chip or corporate with 300 lines, they would have sent a technician out. Simply link an e-sim to a watch and here I sit again - no one can assist or know what to do. MTN YOU NEED TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.
