Mtn is definitely the worst cellphone service provider, what a horrible experience the consultants are unprofessional and have no idea on what they are doing, I have been stranded abroad for over three weeks now, Mtn can't seem to help me activate international roaming/ do a sim swap. Both contracts and prepaid departments are pushing me around. I literally have to stay up in the am's and try to get this matter resolved but mtn is not coming up with a solution. I am so frustrated and have exhausted all my tries. I would never recommend mtn to anyone especially getting a contract option with them. The service is horrible.
