MTN is useless. I can't load airtime and i called their customer service yesterday I was advised that the system is down and it will be back soon. And today I called them again, they told my number is migrating to new system and no sms inform me that the will be changes. I have contract with them all they know is to come and debit my account. This pathetic service that I did receive in my life. I'm thinking to terminate my contract without paying any cent because it doesn't work for me.
