MTN!!!!!!!!!

MTN has made such a huge mess up it has been 13 days and still no resolve! My phone was ****** and in trying to blacklist it, did I find out that MTN didn’t cancel my contract properly in June and didn’t move me over to their other prepaid system..hence I couldn’t get an ITC number or open a case. I couldn’t believe that not a single MTN consultant could help me and I spoke to over 20 of them in desperation!I could not blacklist my phone, the ******* got into my apps and banking apps all because MTN made such a huge blunder with my number! I lost so much💔I AM STILL waiting for them to resolve the issue! I don’t have my old number back, I couldn’t get any OTP pins and this festive season was miserable for me because of MTN!
