MTN a whole ****!!!

MTN is such a ****!!! I’ve been trying to get hold of the retentions department since February 2020 after I settled my account. Even their costumer care line consultant told me that this is what they do to keep clients on contract. I called at 7am they said they start working at 8 and then I called at 15:30 they say they already knocked off!

Like what the hell MTN???

And stop sending me offers of upgrade I’m done!!!
