MTN - A story of decline

Last year MTN took R3500 off my account via Direct Debit and did not invoice me. I reversed it and they blocked me. Took me 3 months to sort it out. I went onto prepaid but they kept on blocking me so I went back to Direct debit and once again they have taken R700 off my bank account on 15th August . When I eventually got the invoice it was for R350. There is no way to speak to a customer care person on 135. I have emailed them but they just keep on sending me the R350 invoice. I have been a client for 15 years. Progressively he service has gotten worse and good customers like myself have there bank accounts abused as MTN changes the figures as they like. No explanation. I have had 2 accounts and I cancelled one. When the next one comes up for renewal will cancel again. We are in a Post Covid recession. Taking hard earned money for no reason not once but twice is not okay. MTN its sad to see your fall from excellence.
