MTN a service provider that provides no service.

I have been an MTN client for over 10 years now and I am truly disappointed in their service at the moment. I have not been able to receive calls, make calls, use Whattsapp or any app that uses cellular data, in short my phone does not work outside a wifi zone. This started on Wednesday and still I cannot contact anyone and no one can contact me. I visited MTN Brooklyn yesterday where I was merely told this is a service issue, not offered compensation or a solution or even an apology. This is pathetic, not only is it a security risk that as a female when I leave my house I am not contactable but I am paying a generous amount to MTN every month for a service that stops working for 5 days now. MTN really needs to up their game because I am tempted to switch to a service provider that actually provides a service.
