MTN , a *******

Early May, I got a call from MTN to upgrade my contract, I opted to take lesser package of R109 over R299 I was paying. And I was promised that end of May they will deduct R109 not R299 but they still deducted R299 and now end of June they deducted R308, no explanation. It's for the first this is happening, I have been upgrading with them for past ten years. Consultant misled me and I feel they are taking me for a ride because the package is what we agreed upon, why only money there is no change
