MTN- A Recurring Termination Nightare.

Hello, I moved away from South Africa some 2 years ago. I was told that I could either buy myself out of my existing MTN contract or wait for it to end and then notify them that I did not want to renew my contract. I opted for the latter. Despite this, MTN have unilaterally decided to continue my contract, at a higher fee, and still take nearly R1000 a month out of my bank account. I have called from Europe where I live and written many emails all to no avail. I get email reference numbers in response to my emails which are pretty useless unless something can be done with them. I simply get passed around to different people or am given numbers which terminate in a prerecorded dead-end. Any ideas?
