mtn a joke

hi i just got my new contract phone it connects to wifi but keeps saying waiting for stronger internet .my internet is fine !!!!!! i tried phone the brooklyn store phone rings or is busy no service i try phone 083 135 there mtn help line it does not exist i try use 135 mtn phone it goes through but has no option to help and operator dont exist

its really funny that the company on communication has such issues communicating with there customers owen
