MTN a disgrace .... still... review 2

Wrote a review in the atrocious customer service by MTN last week and immediately got a response via email and apologizing. They promised to deal with my query ASAP. Well I’m Still waiting. MTN is just horrible. Feels like being stuck in a horrible relationship. Can’t get out before the contract ends and of course they know this. This explains the lack of caring to even respond.
