MTN a disgrace, *****ing your money!!!

MTN does not deserve a star, they deserve a negative 10 star. MTN did 2 debits from my account, end of August 2022. Reported it to the MTN store in Cascades Shopping Centre, today, 17 October 2022 still no refund to my account. The Branch Manager of MTN in Cascades, Gail Laatz, cannot sort this problem out with their Accounts department, opening continuous 'tickets'. A lot of mouth, but no action. Do not deal with MTN and the MTN store in the Cascades, they are useless!!!!
