MTN: A Disappointing Experience

I've been an MTN customer for 27 years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. I upgraded my contracts and received two smar****ches, expecting to use them as independent devices with e-SIMs. Unfortunately, the promised functionality has been non-existent.

Despite paying an additional monthly fee, I've been unable to use the e-SIM features as advertised. Attempts to cancel this service have been met with long wait times and transfers between departments. I've filed multiple complaints but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.

I hope that MTN will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their services."
