MTN (A bunch of *******)- Unwanted GameWin subscription
I received this SMS yesterday:

Initially i thought it was a mistake as i have never subscribed to any additional services with MTN. However, i see that my airtime has been deducted today. How can MTN subscribe me to a service without my permission or consent? This is blatant thievery by MTN. I want this subscription cancelled and my money refunded today!

I want my money to be refunded. Please direct me to someone who will assist in this regard as your response is unacceptable.
