MTN a bunch of ***** and croocks

MTN they are nothing but ***** and a bunch of ******. MTN suspended my line it has been more than two weeks now. I had a cellphone upgrade that I had to cancel because MTN did not want me to change my number, I had to call every single day to cancel the contract. MTN told me that I have to pay R799 for a cellphone I didnt have and I paid them. They promised a refund which I am still waiting. Then Mtn informed me that I owe them R1599 and they suspended my line. I phoned Mtn and they told me that they have open my line, as it wasnt my fault that the contract wasnt cancelled. My line still suspended I cant do anything on my phone, I took MTN to the Ombudsman and now I am taking them to the small claims court. I have been calling Mtn to open my line but all is in vain I spoke to more than 5 people who told me that my line is now open which is not. I was even told to take out my sim card for 15 minutes but my line is down. If there is anybody that knows the process for the small claims court please inform me as I am now taking them to Court. I am so tired of Mtn.
